What is Seekless?
Seekless tailors your résumé to each job you apply for, and lets you practice the interview for it. You find the jobs with its AI job search, built on listings pulled straight from company career pages. Describe the role you want in one sentence. You apply on the company's own site, and Seekless tracks every application in one place.
Where do Seekless jobs come from?
From career pages, read directly. Seekless reads each company's applicant tracking system or careers site itself instead of reposting third-party job boards. Nearly all of those sites belong to the employer that is hiring; a small share are staffing agencies' boards listing roles for their clients. Every listing shows when it was last verified live on the site it came from.
How does interview practice work?
Practice opens on any job you saved or tailored a résumé for. You pick a round and talk it through out loud with an AI interviewer: a recruiter screen, a hiring-manager round, a cross-team round or a work sample. A work sample is a problem from the role, worked in a pad and, on the web, on a drawing board. The interviewer reads both. You can add a prep guide the company sent you, and the questions draw on it. After the call you get a report on what your answers showed and where they fell short. Your progress shows how your scores move across calls, round by round. Free includes practice on 3 jobs a month, and Pro has no job limit. Either plan allows up to 300 minutes of practice a month.
Does Seekless auto-apply to jobs for me?
No. Seekless never submits an application on your behalf. It tailors your résumé and sends you to the listing on the company's own site, where you fill in and submit the application yourself.
Does Seekless have sponsored job listings?
No. Employers cannot pay to rank higher. Results are ordered by how well a role matches your search and how recent it is, and a listing labeled as possibly no longer hiring, or as an always-open pipeline role, ranks lower.
How much does Seekless cost?
Search is free with no limit, and so is a résumé check against a target role. The free plan includes 3 tailored résumés a month, and your first one starts 7 days of Pro for free, with no card. The free plan also includes interview practice on 3 jobs a month. Pro is $19 a month for unlimited tailored résumés (fair use: 80 a month) and interview practice on any number of jobs (fair use: 300 minutes a month). What is an ATS score?
There isn't a standard one. Each applicant tracking system works differently, and many applicants are filtered out first by knockout questions (work authorization, sponsorship, location, required licenses), then by a person reading for the must-haves. Every tailored résumé on Seekless comes with a Match report: it grades your résumé against the posting's requirements, blends that with a writing check, names the must-haves still short, and lists the eligibility conditions and location the posting states, which it leaves for you to check. The free Résumé Checker, with no sign-up, shows how much of what recent postings for your target role ask for your résumé covers, its quality, and whether an applicant tracking system can read it cleanly.
Does Seekless sell my résumé or personal data?
Seekless doesn't sell your data for money, and your résumé never goes to employers, recruiters or ad platforms. Seekless trains no models on your résumé, and its AI providers process it under no-training terms. Ad platforms do learn some things: if you allow cookies, their pixels see the pages you visit and actions such as sign-ups, and a Pro purchase by someone who arrived from a Reddit ad is reported to Reddit with a hashed email address. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, the pixels do not load and a purchase whose checkout was opened with it on is not reported.
